Whatever your wish, the Amsterdam ArenA can make it happen. While we can of course meet any specific requirements you may have, we also have a number of standard options on offer:
1. Meeting arrangements from € 36,75 per person
These 4 and 8-hour arrangements are including lunch and valid for 2 half days from 9 AM - 5 PM.
2. Kick-off arrangements from € 27,50 per person
These 4-hour kick-off arrangements are including drinks and valid for 1 half day from 1.30 - 5.30 PM. It is also possible to extend this arrangement to 6 hours including diner.
3. Social gathering arrangements from € 14,50 per person
You can hold a social gathering either separately or in combination with a meeting arrangement in one of our rooms. An arrangement of this kind is offered on a basis of one cocktail hour.
Meeting arrangements
The prices for our meeting arrangements include:
- use of a flip-over with paper and felt-tip pens
- writing pads
- pencils
- meeting box
- service charges
Above mentioned arrangements are excluding rent, cleaning costs and BTW. All arrangements are valid for a minimum of 20 persons.
