Public catering

Both Catering Club and Vemo Catering supply food and drink for the public at all events. They provide drinks and/or snacks to visitors to Ajax matches and other events. There are fifty sales outlets throughout the stadium.

Paying with ArenA Card

All food and drink on offer is priced in euros. But a special stadium has a special payment system: the ArenA Card. This is a chipcard, like a telephone card, that you can use to pay for all food and drink, etc.

Where to buy the card

ArenA Cards worth € 10, € 20 or € 50 are available. You can buy your ArenA Card with cash or with a debit/credit card. Vendors wearing orange jackets sell the cards for cash. They stand near the many catering kiosks in the stadium, under an orange “ArenA Cards" flag.There are also twenty blue vending machines in the stadium where you can use your debit or credit card to buy ArenA Cards. Above these vending machines there are signs for “ArenA Cards" and the blue PIN logo.

Refunds in cash or paid into a bank or giro account

At the end of an event ArenA Cards can be returned to one of the ArenA Card sales outlets in exchange for a cash refund if there is still a credit balance on the card. If you would prefer to have the credit balance on the card paid into a bank or giro account, please complete and return the Refund Form, which can be found at the bottom of this page. The form must be completed in full and the card in question must be enclosed for us to be able to issue a refund.

Please note! Some ArenA Cards can no longer be returned. This applies to all ArenA Cards that show the value in Dutch guilders.

Ordering ArenA Cards

It is possible to order ArenA Cards in advance, so you can issue them to your business associates, for example. To order the cards please complete the Order Form at the bottom of this page and fax it to:

Your ArenA Cards will be sent cash on delivery, or on receipt of a single direct debit. If you wish you can call us and arrange to pick up the cards from Amsterdam ArenA in exchange for payment in cash. You will be sent a pro-forma invoice when you place the order.

Please note! ArenA Card orders worth up to € 1000 can be sent through the post. If the value of your order exceeds € 1000 you will need to collect the ArenA Cards in person.
