Stichting Administratiekantoor Stadion Amsterdam is the sole shareholder in Stadion Amsterdam NV but on the other hand issues non-cancellable registered shares certificates. Stadion Amsterdam NV's share capital consists of different types of shares: A, B, B2, C, D and E. A number of rights are assigned to these, such as the right to reserved seats in the stadium during all public events for a fee. The certificates are registered and entered in a book of share certificate bearers in the Administration Office. Unlike other share certificates, the anticipated investment yield is not the primary reason for purchasing these share certificates. The most important reason for purchasing a share certificate is to guarantee the bearer a seat in the stadium for every public event. Information |
